Exchanges and Returns

We offer a 150-Day guarantee on every lamp on our website. There are no re-stocking fees, and our customers are never asked to go through obstacles or hoops to jump in order for you to receive a full refund or an exchange.

The guarantee will commence on the day you purchase your projector lamp. If you have purchased your projector lamp in the last 150 days, please email us or call the number at the top of the screen.

We will provide you with an RMA form and instructions on how to send your projector lamp back to us.

If your projector lamp is close to the end of the 150 day warranty, we recommend that you contact us as quickly as possible so we may be able to assist you in some manner.
