Question Answered

We installed a brand new lamp into our Dell 4350 projector and after 10-15 minutes, the projector started flashing. We replaced the last lamp because it was dim. Are there any suggestions on how to stop this? Asked by St Josephs C. On Apr 07, 2024

There are a few problems and solutions to solve this. If your projector's lamp indicator light is flashing amber, then the lamp module connection may be disrupted. Check inside the projector for the lamp module and make sure it is properly installed. If the temp indicator light is flashing amber, then the color wheel won't start. Your projector will automatically shut down, so after 3 minutes unplug the power cord and turn your projector back on. If the temp indicator light is flashing amber, then one of the fans has failed. You will need to clean the fans from debris and dust or replace one of the fans. If the projector keeps flashing after trying those solutions, then you may have received a faulty lamp for your Dell 4350 projector. We have a 180-day warranty on our lamps, so you can exchange your bulb for any reason within 180 days of receiving it. If you require a refund, then you have to return the bulb in 30 days.
