I've replaced the lamp, but now it keeps cutting out due to overheating. What should I do? Asked by Simon J. On Aug 31, 2019
Overheating may be caused by issues with ventilation or machine heat dissipation; directly correlated with the functionality of the projector's fan. If your projector is shutting off, this means the fan may not be operating efficiently, or you need to clean/replace the projector filter. Make sure the fan is free of any dust build up.

Where is the module number located? I'm asking so I can replace the lamp. Does this include the bulb, too? Asked by Sara P. On Feb 26, 2021
The module number or part number is not always written on the module. The best way to find which lamp part number you require is to search by projector model. We list all suitable part numbers for any given projector model on the SKU/Product page. Yes, when you purchase the lamp assembly the bulb is included inside the housing and it is plug and play. Simply remove your old lamp assembly from your projector and replace it with your new lamp assembly.
